From small-town MN hairdresser to NYC colorist and back again, I have worn many hats in my 18 years behind the chair.

As an independent artist in my hometown, I have created a very successful business with a niche clientele, and built a reputation as one of the most sought-after colorists in Minnesota. I have the honor of being a two time Behind the Chair One Shot Hair awards finalist (2021, 2022) and was recently chosen as one of Modern Salon’s Top 100, a curated list of game changers in the beauty industry.

I am now shifting my focus from behind the chair, to educating my fellow hairdresser. My mission is to inspire, empower and elevate other beauty professionals, especially those in small towns, to change the way they think about themselves, and their careers. Why?! Because I know the potential you have! You just need to see it, thats where I come in.

I want you to have the confidence to provide luxury services and charge appropriately for them. I want you to have the confidence to run your business, and not have your business run you, by setting up policies and boundaries and sticking to them.
